Payment
Paypal*, Cheque and Postal Orders are all accepted methods of payment for UK customers. Please make Cheques/Postal Orders payable to D Meakin.
Paypal is the only accepted method of payment for international customers.
PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all your online purchases.
E-cheques: PayPal also offers the opportunity to pay by E-Cheque. Please note this method of payment can take up to 14 days to clear. We will not post your item(s) until payment has cleared.
*You can use a credit/debit card to pay via Paypal without having a Paypal Account.
Returns
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item please email us in the first instance and retain the product and all of the packaging as we may need it to be returned (at our expense).
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked/signed for service and obtaining a Proof of Posting form from the post office.
